Performance and relationships improvement by addressing emotional roots and psychological issues that impact the workplace.

1. WORKPLACE RELATIONSHIPS: PAIN OR PLEASURE ?

We are offering partnership in a 4h workshop in order to raise awareness on how pain can be the sign of a growing muscle and how discomfort in an interaction can be the start of a trusting and nourishing relationship.

Objective: Managing painful relationships without switching on performance blocking behaviors and without switching off performance generating behaviors.

2. SELF-EVALUATION: DUMP OR GENIUS ?

We are offering partnership in a 4h workshop in order to take an overused term – self-confidence – from a magazine article topic to a psychological reality and treat it with the proper approach. We will therefore move from a common sense and ambiguous description of the topic to a clear, scientifically structured and evidence based psychological dimension of it.

Objective: Creating an accurate self perception by using evidence based methods such as correcting cognitive distortions and changing maladaptive behaviors.

3. A MATTER OF PREFERENCE: BEING THE SOPRANA OR DOING HER NAILS?

We are offering partnership in a 4h workshop looking at the impression we make – a topic that is influencing the everyday interactions with people and tasks, the way we set objectives, the expectations for ourselves, the way we accomplish them and many more….

Objective: Learning how to control your sabotaging mind and get anxiety free around others.

4. STARS’WAR: PERFORMANCE OR EMOTION

We are offering partnership in a 4h workshop looking at the way we can build and nourish performance by looking at one of our most valuable assets – our emotions. While performance has been tackled on different dimensions, we are coming with a cognitive behavioral model that looks at the mediators that influence the outcome of our efforts – our cognitive and emotional patterns and at the way we can change these patterns ourselves.

Objective: Learning how to ride emotions’ waves, control unproductive thoughts and change behaviors linked to performance issues.

5. EAT THAT FROG!!

We are offering partnership in a 4h workshop analyzing the way delaying and procrastinating is influencing both our performance and our self confidence. While the common models to look at the topic approach it from a time management perspective, we are considering the roots of theses behaviors and the way we can influence these roots in order to change the output.

Objective: Understanding why we end up procrastinating even when we don’t want to and learning behavioral management tools in order to change procrastination.

6. FOUR OF A KIND: EMOTIONS, SPARKS, FLAMES, FIRE

We are offering partnership in a 4h workshop looking at the way we approach the roots of conflicts and how these can be turned from time and energy consumers into manageable and (sometimes) insightful situations.

Objective: Learning how to respond to backfiring emotions and how to take not things personally.

De ce ne-am gandit sa oferim acest program?

Pentru ca sanatatea psihoemotionala influenteaza mai mult decat credem calitatea muncii noastre si performanta noastra la locului de munca.

Obiectivul programului:

Imbunatatirea starii de bine a angajatilor la locul de munca si a calitatii relatiilor prin adresarea cauzelor emotionale si psihologice care impacteaza activitatea la locul de munca.

Programul pe care vi-l propunem consta in 6 workshopuri care adreseaza cele mai frecvente teme care influenteaza calitatea vietii la locul de munca.  

 

1. RELATIILE  DE LA LOCUL DE MUNCA: CUM SA NE PROTEJAM SI SA CRESTEM INAUNTRUL LOR

Ne-am dori sa fim alaturi de voi pentru un workshop de 4 ore in care sa constientizam impreuna ca durerea poate sa fie un semn de crestere si ca disconfortul intr-o interactiune poate sa fie inceputul unei relatii de incredere.

Obiectivul : Managementul relatiilor dificile fara a recurge la comportamente care blocheaza performanta.

2. CUM SA CRESC INCREDEREA IN MINE – DE LA O SIMPLA ETICHETĂ LA PRESCRIPTII COMPORTAMENTALE CONCRETE.  CE ESTE SI CUM O PUTEM IMBUNATI?

Ne-am dori sa fim alaturi de voi pentru un workshop de 4 ore in care sa lucram la un exercitiu de transformare a increderii in sine. Ne propunem sa trecem acest termen de la nivelul de subiect de revista intr-un subiect al realitatii psihologice si sa il tratam din aceasta perspectiva. De aceea, vom abandona elementele generale si ambigui de definire a increderii in sine si ne  vom indrepta catre o abodare care se foloseste de instrumente specifice, documentate si validate stiintific.

Obiectiv : Crearea unei perceptii de sine corecte, prin folosirea unor instrumente psihologice validate, cum ar fi corectarea distorsiunilor cognitive si schimbarea comportamentelor dezadaptative.

3. OARE CE IMPRESIE FAC CELORLATI? CUM SA NE ELIBERAM DE ACEASTA TEAMA.

Ne-am dori sa fim alaturi de voi pentru un workshop de 4 ore in care sa discutam si sa lucram la un element care influenteaza toate actiunile noastre – relaţia cu cei din jur, cu sarcinile pe care le avem de facut, felul in care ne setam obiective, asteptarile pe care le avem de la noi, felul in care le indeplinim…si altele… SI ANUME: impresia pe care o facem.

Obiectiv : Gestionarea gandurilor care ne saboteaza linistea in relaţiile cu ceilalti si recâştigarea liniştii în interactiunile cu ceilalti.

4. EMOŢIILE MA  BLOCHEAZA ! CUM SA FAC SA FIU PERFORMANT CAND AM EMOŢII ?

Ne-am dori sa fim alaturi de voi pentru un workshop de 4 ore in care sa descoperim impreuna felul in care emotiile pot deveni o resursa cheie in imbunatatirea performantei pe care o avem in toate contextele vietii noastre. Felul in care abordam cresterea performantei are la baza modelul cognitiv-comportamental si acesta se opreste asupra mediatorilor care influenteaza eforturile noastre – schemele noastre cognitive si raspunsurile emotionale. Vom identifica impreuna cum putem identifica si modifica aceste scheme si modele de raspuns pentru a ne creste si imbunati performanta si a capata o mai buna cunoastere a felului in care emotiile ne pot ajuta si nu impiedica in ceea ce facem.

Obiective : Invatarea controlului emotiilor, al gandurilor neproductive si al comportamentelor care faciliteaza imbunatatirea performantei.

5. AS VREA SA POT AMANA AMANAREA. ARE CINEVA O  RETETA ?

Ne-am dori sa fim alaturi de voi pentru un workshop de 4 ore in care sa intelegem felul in care amanarea si procrastinarea influenteaza atat performanta noastra cat si increderea in sine. In timp ce majoritatea modelelor de abordare a acestor subiecte – amanarea si procrastinarea – vin din o perspectiva a managementului timpului, noi ne vom uita la sursele psihologice ale acestor comportamente si la felul cum putem dezvolta comportamente noi pentru a elimina amânarea.

Obiectiv : Intelegerea felului in care putem controla aparitia procrastinarii si a modului in care putem invata comportamente noi, care sa previna aparitia ei.

6. CU TINE SAU FARA TINE, ORICUM E GREU. CUM REZOLVAM CONFLICTELE DE LA MUNCA ?

Ne-am dori sa fim alaturi de voi pentru un workshop de 4 ore in care sa abordam conflictele prin o perspectiva cognitiv-comportamentala, uitandu-ne la sursele lor si la felul in care atunci cand apare, poate fi transformat dintr-o situatie de risc intr-o situatie controlabila.

Obiectiv: Cum sa raspundem emotiilor intense si cum sa nu luam lucrurile personal
