Are you too busy keeping up with the management of salaries, holydays, the new work laws, sourcing, recruitment, and other the paper work?
Are you finding yourself short of time to show to your employees how important they are for the company?
But is still one of your priorities taking care of your employees’ wellbeing, their work relationships and their carrier development?
If you answer YES at one of these questions or if you don’t jump with a firm NO, we can develop for your company a program to address these problems.
Why are we offering this programme?
Because mental health reaches a higher importance and impact on the working environment than we might generally assume.
Program objective:
Performance and relationships improvement by addressing emotional roots and psychological issues that impact the workplace.
Which are the costs of emotional issues, psychological fatigue or poor mental health for employers?
Lost productivity – Productivity loss can result from absenteeism and “presenteeism” (when an employee is present at work but functions at less than full capacity).
Poor relationships;
Diminished innovative capacity;
Errors and accidents;
Behaviors that are not respecting the internal ethical and integrity norms – such as harassment and discrimination
Increased health-care costs;
Our Program consists of 6 workshops that address the most frequent wellbeing issues at the workplace.
