COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL COACHING

ADDED VALUE OF COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL COACHING

Cognitive Behavioral COACHING looks at how the way we think affects our feelings, the way we take decisions, we set objectives and we perform toward them. CBC challenge the self-defeating beliefs, modify distorted ways of thinking and target performance interfering emotions, thoughts, feelings and actions.

The Cognitive Behavioral COACHING is evidence-based on cognitive-behavioral psychology. So, what it is doing best is moving the individual from current thinking, behaviors, and performance, to expanded thinking and enhanced performance, toward a more integrated self, sustainable development, and success.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

Individual and/or team development, targeted at achieving goals, developing managers and leaders capabilities and releasing potential.

COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL COACHING METHODOLOGY

Each coaching session has an agenda which follows powerful questions:

  1. JUMP START: Where are you now?

  2. GOAL SETTING: What do you want?

  3. REAL-WORLD APPLICATION: What will you do to get what you want?

  4. OUTCOME MEASUREMENT: What have you learned and how have your goals been reached?

The toolkit to get there is by relying on evidence based psychological models, transitioned from the clinical context to the organizational reality.
